What 5 things am I grateful for?

The news (Fox 5) came on following the World Series game the other night. The reporter mentioned that there was supposed to be a “meteor shower” that night & into the early morning hours. I thought, hmmm...I’m really tired but maybe I’ll step outside and check it out before I go to bed.

While waiting and waiting, I found myself gazing into the midnight sky. Sat there for about 45mims marveling at God’s masterpiece above. I felt so small! Here I was earlier in the night thinking about dreams and doing big things, yet now I’m awestruck by my God’s creation! The sky was crystal clear and lit up with the moon & stars, as frogs & crickets chirped in the woods! Tonight I was reminded of how amazing Gods creation is!! How big of a world we live in, and yet how God is all knowing! How God knows the number of stars in the sky, just how He knows the number or hairs on our head.

“God made the two great lights—the greater light (the sun) to rule the day, and the lesser light (the moon) to rule the night; He made the [galaxies of] stars also [that is, all the amazing wonders in the heavens]. God placed them in the expanse of the heavens to provide light upon the earth,”

Jesus I invite you into everything in my life. I am amazed by Your creation.
